Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners. Our instructors offer modifications and guidance to help you feel comfortable and confident.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. Don’t have a mat? No worries — we have rentals available at the studio.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid overly loose items that might get in the way during certain poses.
Most classes run for 60 minutes. We also offer shorter express sessions and longer deep stretch or restorative classes — check our schedule for details.
Yes! We offer both in-studio and live-streamed classes, so you can join us from the comfort of your home if needed.
